Cancellation Policy

Product Orders

You may cancel an order free of charge as long as it hasn't been packed or shipped yet. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number as soon as possible — once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and would instead need to follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for cancelled orders (where payment was already made) are processed to the original payment method within [Client to confirm: e.g. 5–7 business days].

Service Appointments

Service bookings (e.g. Panchakarma Detox) are confirmed individually via WhatsApp after discussing available dates. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please inform us at least [Client to confirm: e.g. 24–48 hours] before the scheduled date.
